Required Skills and Education

Deutsch:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mathematik, Physik oder Werkstoffwissenschaften (oder vergleichbar)
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Metalbearbeitung (z.B. Drehen, Fräsen, Schleifen) in der Automobilbranche
• Gute Kenntnisse der Qualitätsstandards und -anforderungen in der Automobilindustrie (PFMEA, Capability, etc.)
• Erfahrung im Entwerfen, Testen und Optimieren von Fertigungsprozessen und -systemen sind unerlässlich
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von CNC-Bearbeitungsprogrammen sowie mit Werkzeugen wie AutoCAD oder SolidWorks
• Kommerzielles Bewusstsein (z. B. Herstellungskosten, Investitionsrendite)
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Englisch:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mathematics, physics or materials science (or comparable)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in metalworking (e.g. turning, milling, grinding) in the automotive industry
• Good knowledge of quality standards and requirements in the automotive industry (PFMEA, Capability, etc.)
• Experience in designing, testing and optimising manufacturing processes and systems is essential
• Experience in the development of CNC machining programmes and with tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Commercial awareness (e.g. manufacturing costs, return on investment)
• Very good communication skills in German and English
