• Abstimmung mit Produktion zur vorrauschauenden Wartung/Instandhaltung sowie geplanten bzw. ungeplanten Reparaturen 
• Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit den Supportbereichen (z.B. Qualität), Verantwortung für die Schnittstellen zu externen Dienstleistern
• Verantwortung für die Ablauforganisation und dessen Weiterentwicklung
• Verantwortlich für die Erfüllung aller Anforderungen, welche sich aus dem kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP) abgeleitet werden, d.h. Maßnahmen technisch/kaufmännisch bewerten und umsetzen
• Verantwortlich für die Ausführung aller funktionsspezifischen Aktivitäten gemäß dem Materialwirtschaftskonzept im ERP-System

• Coordination with production for predictive maintenance/servicing, together with planned and unplanned repairs

Required Skills and Education

Deutsch:

• Techniker- oder Meister-Abschluss (IHK), eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, einen Zusatzlehrgang, oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltungsplanung und -steuerung, idealerweise in einem Produktionswerk der Automobil-Zulieferindustrie, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Zerspannung
• Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung an Bearbeitungsmaschinen Zerspannung, Montage, Wärmebehandlung und Supportprozesse, idealerweise im Rahmen der  Automobil-Zulieferindustrie
• Spezialkenntnisse von Siemens-, Fanuc- oder Kuka-Steuerungen wären von Vorteil
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Stressresistenz, Konfliktfähigkeit
• Führungserfahrung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse

Englisch:

• Technician or master craftsman qualification (IHK), a comparable qualification, an additional course, or several years of professional experience in maintenance planning and control, ideally in a production plant in the automotive supplier industry, preferably with a focus on machining
• At least 6 years of professional experience in the maintenance of machining centers, machining, assembly, heat treatment and support processes, ideally in the automotive supplier industry
• Specialised knowledge of Siemens, Fanuc or Kuka control systems would be an advantage
• Communication skills, stress resistance, ability to deal with conflict
• Management experience
• Very good written and spoken German, good knowledge of English
