• Delivery of production and process trials in our Engineering Center

Job Description

DEUTSCH

• Einrichten und programmieren von Fertigungsmaschinen (i.A. Spritzgussmaschine, Lackieranlage, Lasermarker)
• Bedienung und Wartung von Geräten und Anlagen, die zur Herstellung der Prototypen benötigt werden
• Planung und Organisation von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch externe Techniker:innen
• Erfassung von Prozessdaten der Prototypenproduktion
• Handling des internen Materialflusses
• Lösungen für komplexe technische Probleme in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team erstellen
• Produkte und Prozesse auf Fehler untersuchen und Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren
• Produktions- und Prozessversuche durchführen und dokumentieren
• Validierung von Spritzgusswerkzeugen
• Wareneingangsprüfung an Gummimischungen und Haftvermittlern

• Setting up and programming production machines (e.g. injection moulding and lacquering machines, laser marker)
• Operating and maintaining equipment and systems required for the production of prototypes
• Planning and organization of maintenance and repair work by external technicians
• Recording of process data of the prototype production

• Creating solutions for complex technical problems in cooperation with the team
• Examining products and processes for defects and identify potential for improvement
• Carrying out and documenting production and process trials

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kautschuk- und Kunststofftechnik, vorzugsweise in der Fachrichtung Spritzguss Elastomertechnik oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker für Kautschuk- und Kunststofftechnik (oder ähnlich)
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, gerne bei einem Automobilzuliefer, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Kautschuk-Anwendungen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit REP- und / oder LWB-Steinl-Spritzgussmaschinen von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse der ISO 9001 / IATF-16949
• Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Teamplayer-Einstellung
• Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

ENGLISH

• Completed vocational training as a process mechanic for rubber and plastics technology, preferably in the field of injection moulding elastomer technology (or similar) or state-certified technician for rubber and plastics technology  (or similar)
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably with an automotive supplier, ideally with a focus on rubber applications
• Experience with REP and / or LWB-Steinl injection moulding machines an advantage
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF-16949
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Team player attitude
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Very good written and oral German and English skills
