Welding Engineer

Job Description Summary

1. Develop new project welding process& fixture.
进行新项目的焊接工艺及工装夹具的开发；
2. Manage and optimize the welding parameter, including laser clean, laser welding, friction welding process etc.
负责焊接参数的维护和优化，包括激光清洗，激光焊接，摩擦焊接；
3. Uses and maintains standard metallurgical equipment in the plant lab for welding inspection.
使用和维护实验室仪器；
4. Perform welding inspection including Coordinate NDT.
执行焊接检测，包括NDT；
5. Maintain and upgrading the welding quality system: ensure the effective operation of the welding system CQI-15 in plant Update and maintain control plans, process flow and PFMEA.
确保焊接体系CQI-15的有效运行,维护控制计划，工艺流程及PFMEA；
6. Review welding process records and lab cutting check sheets.
检查焊接工艺记录及实验室检验报告；
7. Training & Coordinate with operators on safe operations of welding machine.
培训、协调操作工，以保证焊接设备的安全运行；
8. Provide the technical support of the welding equipment, formulate the maintenance plan of the welding equipment, prepare and manage the welding spare parts list.
负责焊接故障处理提供技术支持，负责焊接设备维护计划的制订及焊接类备件清单的制订与维护；
9.Follow CMC Safety requirements (such as PPE requirements, Chemical Hazard, Emergency Disposal, Safety Notify posted on machine, classification requirements for hazardous waste, AAM Safety Policy etc.).
遵守安全方面的要求（如PPE要求，化学品危害，应急处置，设备安全 告贴，危废分类放置要求，公司的安全方针等）；
10.Follow CMC Quality requirements (such as quality policy and target, Non-conforming Product judgement and dispose way includes scrap procedure etc.).
遵守公司关于质量方面的要求（如质量方针和目标，不合格工件识别与处理, 以及报废流程等）;
11.Follow 5S requirement and keep the working station with good 5S.
遵守5S的职责并能够保持现场良好的5S；
12. Perform other duties as assigned by line Manager.
完成上级经理交办的其他工作
