Dauch is looking for a Supply Chain Co-op to join our team in Oxford, MI! As a Supply Chain Co-op, you will work in a lean, fast-paced, and exciting work environment. You'll also will have the support and inspiration for starting a great career and achieving exceptional performance to help Dauch reach its goals.Job Description:
- Use reports to monitor adherence to schedules
- Works with a team to support the coordination and communication of daily production build requirements to satisfy customer demand and maintain inventory targets
- Review and maintain supplier forecasts on a weekly basis
- Proactively elevate critical supply issues to management
- Proactively elevate critical delivery issues to management
- Use the supplier scorecard to initiate internal operational improvements
- Coordinate and adjust inventory targets and variances
- Responsible to follow safe practices
Required Skills and Education
- Pursuing a degree fulltime in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Available to work 25 hours per week, year-round.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and detail oriented
- High level of analytical and problem-solving ability
- Requires a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average.
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
