Dauch is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at our Three Rivers, MI facility. In this role the ideal candidate will run excel reports, assist with various testing on assembly lines, perform cycle time studies, and put in purchase request.Job Description:
·Assist with process engineering activities associated with assigned manufacturing area(s).
·Assist with engineering changes as they occur.
·Assist with troubleshooting daily production problems through root cause analysis techniques as they occur.
·Maintain quality & process documentation - Control plans, PFEMAS, Picture Process Sheets, Tooling Sheets, etc.
·Develop and maintain program-tracking documentation.
·Adhere to Engineering Corporate policies and procedures.
·Implements safety and good housekeeping standards.
·Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student from an accredited college or university and working towards BSME in mechanical engineering or related technical degree field.
- Graduation of May 2027 or later.
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA.
- Must be available to work at least 25 hours per week.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Data analysis experience in excel preferred.
