Support production operations through the use of powered industrial vehicles.

Job Description

• Grinds carbide stick blades on CNC grinding equipment.
• Inspects and gages blades on optical gaging equipment to tolerances of +/- .0002”.
• Assemble/disassembles Triac and Spiron cutter heads for gear hobbing.
• Identifies and fulfills low inventories of cutting heads on the production floor as well as blade inventories in the cutter grind room.
• Grinds carbide round tools on Anca TG7 machines.
• Knowledge of blue print reading, GD&T, and CNC programming.
• Builds, inspects, repairs arbors for gear cutting, lapping and testing equipment.
• Maintains good housekeeping of equipment.
