Job Summary
The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in sourcing materials and services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient procurement operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the sourcing and selection of suppliers for raw materials, components, and services, ensuring adherence to quality and cost objectives.
* Prepare and issue purchase orders, track order status, and manage delivery schedules to support production requirements.
* Maintain accurate procurement records, including vendor information, pricing, and contract details, utilizing Microsoft Excel and other internal systems.
* Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.
* Participate in negotiation processes with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing for goods and services.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of effective Decision-Making Strategies for procurement activities.
* Apply Analytical Decision Making to evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Utilize Group Problem Solving techniques to address procurement challenges and optimize processes.
* Support the Management of Employees within the procurement department, potentially assisting with training or guidance.
* Manage and prioritize a diverse Workload Prioritization, adapting to changing demands and deadlines.
* Develop and maintain strong Interpersonal Communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Apply Conflict Management skills to resolve disagreements and foster positive working relationships.
* Understand and navigate the complexities of Business Organizations relevant to procurement.
* Actively engage in Parts Sourcing initiatives to ensure a consistent and cost-effective supply chain.

Required Skills and Education

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
* Demonstrated ability in Analytical Decision Making and problem-solving.
* Strong Interpersonal Communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to manage Workload Prioritization effectively.
* Experience with or understanding of Business Organizations and their impact on procurement.
* Familiarity with Conflict Management techniques.
* Knowledge of Parts Sourcing processes.
* Ability to contribute to Group Problem Solving.
* Understanding of Decision-Making Strategies in a business context.
* Experience with or exposure to Management of Employees is a plus.

* Advanced conversational English
