DEUTSCH

  • Aufstellung kurz- bis mittelfristiger Vertriebspläne sowie persönliche Interaktion mit dem Kunden beim Verkauf einer Vielzahl von Produkten/Lösungen in mehreren Geschäftsbereichen für eine festgelegte Gruppe von Bestandskunden
  • Entwicklung mittel- bis langfristiger Vertriebspläne sowie Ausarbeitung von Strategien zur Pflege, Ausbau und Diversifizierung bestehender Kunden
  • Interaktion mit einer zugewiesenen Gruppe von Bestandskunden, um Möglichkeiten für Cross-Selling, Up-Selling und Repeat-Selling zu identifizieren
  • Entwicklung von Kundenbindungs- und Kundenwachstumsplänen sowie Strategien zur Entwicklung rentables Business mit zugewiesenen Kunden
  • Erstellung von Reports an die Vertriebsleitung über Kundenbindungskennzahlen, Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie finanzielle, technologische und demografische Trends am Markt
  • Management bzw. Koordination der kundenbezogenen Aktivitäten innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Gewährleistung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch zeitnahe Beantwortung von Anfragen, Lösung von offenen Themen sowie Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Kundenbetreuung
  • Unterstützung bei Program-Launches
  • Alle anderen Aufgaben wie zugewiesen

ENGLISH

  • Set up short to medium-term sales plans and interact with the customer face-to-face, in selling a variety of products/solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients
  • Develop medium to long-range sales plans, preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers
  • Interact with an assigned group of existing customers to identify cross-selling, up-selling and repeat-selling opportunities
  • Develop client retention and client growth plans, together with strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts
  • Report customer retention metrics, business opportunities and financial, technological and demographic trends to sales leadership
  • Manage and coordinate customer-related activities within the company
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and adequate responses to customer requests, resolving problems and ensuring customers receive a high level of service
  • Assist in program launch activities
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen oder kaufmännischen Fachbereich (oder gleichwertig)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie
  • Solides Verständnis von technischen Themen im Automotivebereich
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Fähigkeit zur Analyse von Verkaufsdaten bzw. zur Erstellung von Sales Reports/Forecasts
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick - sowohl intern im Unternehmen als auch extern bei Kunden
  • Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Reisebereitschaft (mindestens 25% der Arbeitszeit)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

ENGLISH

  • Successfully completed degree in a technical or commercial subject (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years compelling sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Solid understanding of automotive engineering topics   
  • Strong sense of customer focus and customer success/results-orientation
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop sales forecasts/reports
  • Well-developed negotiation skills, for use both internally within an organization and externally with customers
  • Ability to use MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to undertake business travel at least 25% of working time
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
