Deutsch:

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Produktions-Kapazitätsmodellen zur Planung und Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Direct Labor Berechnungsmodellen zur effektiven Planung der Arbeitskräfte in der Produktion
  • Ausarbeitung der benötigten Technologie und Kapazität für Neuprojekte, um eine reibungslose Einführung neuer Produkte sicherzustellen
  • Ausarbeitung und Dokumentation von Einsparprojekten, um die Herstellungskosten zu senken und die Effizienz der Produktion zu verbessern
  • Analyse von Fertigungsabläufen, um Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotenziale aufzudecken
  • Ausarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung von Herstellkosten und Qualitätsverbesserungen, um die Produktqualität zu erhöhen und die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Produktion zu steigern
  • Betreuung des betrieblichen Vorschlagwesens, um Ideen und Vorschläge der Mitarbeiter/innen zur Verbesserung der Produktion zu sammeln und umzusetzen
  • Unterstützung bei Budget- und ABC-Kosten Erstellung
  • Auswertung der Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) zur Überwachung und Verbesserung der Produktivität und Effektivität der Produktionsanlagen
  • Begleiten und Leiten von Projekten in den Produktionsbereichen, um neue Prozesse und Technologien einzuführen oder bestehende Prozesse zu optimieren.
