AAM has made a commitment to do more than ever to build up our company, our local communities and the world we wish to see. We will continue to implement internal and external initiatives that create a path toward a better AAM and a better future.
Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) are voluntary, Associate-led networks within #TeamAAM that are formed based on shared experiences, characteristics or backgrounds. They, along with supportive Associate allies, enhance career development and contribute to personal growth both inside and outside of AAM. ARGs also develop and implement cultural awareness programs and events. The following are AAM’s current ARGs. We look forward to additional groups and local chapters launching in the future!
