Job Description Summary

AAM is looking for a dedicated, self-motivated individual to fill our Tooling Co-op position. This position will report up through our tooling team at Oxford Forge.

Job Description

• Receipting and putting away of tooling. Verifying tooling matches the tooling prints.
• Helping to fully integrate our online tooling system.
• Tooling quality: verifying used tools conform to prints and disposition.
• Tooling 5s making sure tools and tooling areas are to standard.  
• Helping to reduce tooling costs.
• Helping to process engineering changes.
• All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or Business with a graduation date of May 2027 or later
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Able to work year-round at a minimum of 25 hours per week
