DEUTSCH:
Du bist für die Planung, Koordination und Überwachung des gesamten Auftragsflusses verantwortlich – von der Kundenbestellung bis zur Auslieferung. Hierbei fungierst Du als entscheidende Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Vertrieb, Einkauf und Qualitätswesen, um eine hohe Lieferfähigkeit bei optimalen Lagerbeständen sicherzustellen.
Die Stelle ist unbefristet und in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) an unserem Standort in Zell am Harmersbach zu besetzen.

ENGLISH:
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the entire order flow — from customer order to delivery. In this role, you will liaise between production, sales, purchasing, and quality assurance to ensure high delivery reliability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) and permanent position at our location in Zell am Harmersbach.

Job Description:

DEUTSCH:

• Auftragsabwicklung: Einplanung, Prüfung und ggf. Bestätigung eingehender Kundenabrufe/-aufträge sowie Verarbeitung von Kundenbedarfsänderungen mit Prüfung der Machbarkeit. Abstimmung der Termine und Liefermengen mit den Kunden. 
• Produktionsplanung & -steuerung: Abgleich von Lieferterminen mit Fertigungskapazitäten und Materialverfügbarkeit (Disposition) sowie Nettobedarfsermittlung und Produktionsplanung incl. Kapazitätsabstimmung mit der Produktion.
• Terminüberwachung: Proaktives Verfolgen der Aufträge, um Liefertermine einzuhalten (Termintreue), einschl. der Versandanmeldungen. Dazu zählt auch die Eskalation von Kapazitäts-/Lieferengpässen incl. Erstellung und Überwachung von Abstellmaßnahmen.
• Schnittstellenkommunikation: Enge Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen sowie Kunden und Lieferanten.
• Bestandsoptimierung: Steuerung der Warenströme (z.B. Rohmaterialdisposition) sowie Erstellung der Reihenfolgeplanung mit der Prokuktion , um Lagerbestände niedrig zu halten und dennoch lieferfähig zu bleiben. Buchung von Konsignationsentnahmen.
• Stammdatenpflege: Erfassung und Aktualisierung von kunden- / planungs- und auftragsrelevanten Daten im ERP-System.
• Erstellung von Analysen und Abteilungs-/Werk-/Konzernreportings

ENGLISH:

• Order Processing: Scheduling, reviewing, and, if necessary, confirming incoming customer call-offs and orders, as well as processing changes in customer requirements and assessing their feasibility. Coordinating delivery dates and quantities with customers. 
• Production Planning & Control: Aligning delivery dates with manufacturing capacities and material availability (scheduling), as well as determining net requirements and planning production, including coordinating capacities with the production department.
• Deadline Monitoring: Proactively tracking orders to meet delivery deadlines (on-time delivery), including shipping notifications. This also includes escalating capacity/delivery bottlenecks, including the creation and monitoring of corrective measures.
• Interface communication: Close coordination with internal departments as well as customers and suppliers.
• Inventory optimization: Management of material flows (e.g., raw material planning) and creation of sequence planning with production to keep inventory levels low while maintaining delivery capability. Posting of consignment withdrawals.
• Master data maintenance: Entering and updating customer, planning, and order-related data in the ERP system.
• Preparation of analyses and departmental, plant, and group-level reports

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:

• Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau) oder ein Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management/Logistik.
• Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Auftragssteuerung (vorzugsweise in einem metallverarbeitenden Unternehmen)
• IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office (insbesondere Excel).
• Soft Skills: Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, analytisches und vernetztes Denken, sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Ausgeglichenheit
• Sprachkenntnisse: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
  

ENGLISH:

• Education: Completed vocational training in business or logistics (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Freight Forwarding Clerk) or a degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics.
• Work Experience: Several years of professional experience in order management (preferably in a metalworking company)
• IT Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, analytical and holistic thinking, confident demeanor, assertiveness, and emotional stability
• Language Skills: very good German and Englisch language skills (orally and in writing)
