Aufgaben

• Erstellen von Wärmebehandlungsspezifikationen sowie Arbeitsanweisungen
• Planung und Organisation von den Wärmebehandlungsprozessen unter Berücksichtigung und Einhaltung der Werkstückgeometrien, Materialzusammensetzungen sowie der Einhaltung der gewünschten Materialeigenschaften
• Auswahl und Einstellung der Wärmebehandlungsöfen, Werkzeugen und Geräten gemäß den Prozessanforderungen

Required Skills and Education

Profil

• erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Werkstofftechniker oder vergleichbar
• ggf. alternativ Studium Maschinenbau oder Werkstofftechnik
• mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung im Metallbereich, insbesondere in der Wärmebehandlung
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in gängigen MS Office Programmen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP Systemen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, selbständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
