Job Description

The Global Financial Services and Business processes team is responsible for supporting global Shared Services projects (related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable), including Intercompany Reconciliation Process, Re-billable Tooling Process monitoring, Consolidated Reporting, Business Systems launches, and improvements (Oracle and Plex), etc. The Finance Co-op will play an integral role in each of these objectives by supporting the team as needed to meet month-end close requirements as well as project-related deadlines.

The Co-Op will be responsible for collecting global data required for monthly and quarterly Consolidated Reporting, detailing business processes, assisting with review and communication of changes related to projects, and suggesting operational improvements to our practices.

Required Skills and Education

• Working toward a college degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Requires a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Monday - Friday

Preferred Skills and Education:

• Proven passion for continuous operational improvements and optimization of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash business processes
• Self-motivated, resourceful and detailed
• High level of analytical and problem-solving ability
• ERP experience preferred – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or General Ledger modules
• Effective professional written and oral communication skills
• Outstanding Excel skills
• Graduation date of April 2026 or later preferred
