Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung und Übernahme der lfd. Buchführung und Reporting, Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss für die Metaldyne und Tekfor Gruppe Deutschland nach lokalem Recht und USGAAP im Urlaubs-, Krankheits – grundsätzlicher Abwesenheit der Hauptverantwortlichen
• Umsatzsteuerverantwortung der Organgesellschaften einschließlich Jahressteuererklärungen
• Einkommensteuerverantwortlicher der Organgesellschaften nach lokalem und USGAAP
• Quartalsweise Steuer-Reporting der Organgesellschaften an das Mutterhaus
• Ansprechpartner sämtlicher Steuerangelegenheiten
• Monatliche Analysen
• Ansprechpartner für Wirtschafts- und Steuerprüfer
• Mitarbeit und Leitung von Projekten wie Betriebsprüfung, EDV-Einführungen
• Statistik und Berichtswesen
• Cash Pool Forecast mit entsprechenden Abweichungsanalysen
• Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für den Kreditoren und Debitoren Bereich

Your tasks:

• Support and takeover of the ongoing accounting and reporting, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for Metaldyne and Tekfor Group Germany according to local law and US GAAP in the absence of the main responsible person due to vacation, sickness or other reasons
• VAT responsibility of the controlled companies including annual tax returns
• Income tax responsibility for the tax group companies in accordance with local and US GAAP
• Quarterly tax reporting of the controlled companies to the parent company
• Contact person for all tax matters
• Monthly analyses
• Contact person for auditors and tax auditors
• Collaboration and management of projects such as tax audits, IT implementations
• Statistics and reporting
• Cash pool forecast with corresponding variance analyses
• Technical contact person for accounts payable and accounts receivable

Required Skills and Education

Das bringst du mit:

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder einen Abschluss als Betriebs-/Finanzwirt (m/w/d)
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
• Ausgesprochene Teamfähigkeit
• Belastbarkeit
• Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse
• Erfahrung in Umgang mit ERP-Systemen

Your competencies:

• Successfully completed commercial training and further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or a degree in business administration/finance (m/f/d)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Outstanding ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Written and spoken English
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience in working with ERP systems
