Job Description

FRENCH:

• Contrôler les écritures comptables automatisées dans l’ERP Oracle et    analyser les comptes, participer aux opérations de clôtures, émettre des factures, gérer les arrêtés de situation comptable périodique
• Etablir les déclarations fiscales TVA et autres déclarations liées à l’activité de la société, sécuriser les procédures vis-à-vis de l’administration fiscale et fiabiliser les données déclarées
• Participer à la production des comptes sociaux des sociétés du périmètre : liasse fiscale, annexe, rapport de gestion, documents prévisionnels
• Suivre la comptabilité des immobilisations : mise en service et déclaration de rebut

ENGLISH:

• Checking automated accounting entries in the Oracle ERP and analysing the accounts, taking part in closing operations, issuing invoices, managing periodic accounting statements
• Drawing up VAT tax returns and other returns relating to the company's business, securing procedures vis-à-vis the tax authorities and ensuring the reliability of the data declared
• Participate in the production of the parent company financial statements of the companies within the scope: tax return, notes, management report, forecast documents, etc.
• Monitor fixed asset accounting: commissioning and scrap declarations

Required Skills and Education

FRENCH:

• Connaissances spécialisées en comptabilité ; la connaissance du domaine du Contrôle de gestion est un plus
• Expérience professionnelle de 5 ans de préférence dans un environnement industriel - une expérience en cabinet comptable est un plus
• Diplômé(e) d’une formation comptable et financière de type DCG (Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion)
• Connaissance des normes comptables françaises et américaines
• Connaissance de la réglementation SOX
• Maitrise des outils bureautiques MS - Office et les outils de planification tel que l’ERP – ORACLE
• Niveau anglais professionnel B2

ENGLISH

• Specialised knowledge of accounting; knowledge of management control is a plus
• 5 years' professional experience, preferably in an industrial environment - experience in an accounting firm is a plus
• Degree in accounting and finance (DCG - Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion)
• Knowledge of French and US accounting standards
• Knowledge of SOX regulations
• Proficiency in MS - Office and planning tools such as ERP - ORACLE
• Level of professional English B2
