Job Description Summary

#TeamAAM is looking for a Human Resources College Co-Op to support our team in Auburn Hills, Michigan!

As a Human Resources College Co-op, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines. You will provide daily support to the HR and leadership team while you learn and grow in the role. This position has administrative tasks as well as entry level strategy aspects. The focus for this role will be heavily involved in creating the “employee experience”. There will also be a large focus to create and refine special HR projects or initiatives.

Job Description

This position requires a high attention to detail and the ability to work in ambiguous situations. Some responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of New Hire Orientation and employee experience

  • Recruiting Efforts: Work with HR and leadership to formulate a staffing strategy plan including:

    • Job Postings

    • Job Fairs (internal and external)

    • Sourcing and screening candidates

    • Extending offers, BGC, DT, and physicals

    • Maintaining Employee Records

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

•    Must be enrolled in a college or university fulltime
•    Must be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
•    Graduation date of December 2026 or Later

•    Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
