• Entwicklung und Pflege von Line Balancing / Operator Balance Charts
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Job Instructions (standortspezifisch)
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Layouts
• Entwicklung und Pflege der Ergonomie
• Entwicklung und Management von Labor Flex Modellen (direkt und indirekt)
• Durchführung von Zeit- und Verzögerungsstudien
• Zykluszeitkontrollen in regelmäßiger Häufigkeit
• Konzeptentwicklung von Optimierungen
• Verantwortlich für das PIP-Systemmanagement (APEX)
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung des integrierten Programmmanagementsystems
• Layout der Arbeitszelle/-station, Material- und Werkzeuganzeige, 5S
• Lohnschätzungen für Kostenanforderungen

• Execution of Time and Delay Studies
• Cycle time checks at a regular frequency
• Concept development of optimizations.
• Responsible for PIP system management (APEX)
• Support in the preparation of profitability calculations.
• Launch support per the Integrated Program Management System
• Work cell/station layout, material and tool display, 5S
• Labor estimates for Cost Requests
• Develop budget labor scrolls & update every quarter
• Analyze and utilization of Capacity

Required Skills and Education

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder alternativ Weiterbildung zum Techniker mit Berufserfahrung
• Projekterfahrung und Prozess-Know-how von Vorteil, vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie
• Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

Job Skills

• Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in mechanical or industrial engineering or alternatively further training as a technician with professional experience
• Project experience and process know-how an advantage, preferably in the automotive industry
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage
