Ihre Aufgaben:

• Selbständiges Programmieren, Rüsten und Bearbeiten der Werkstücke
• Prozessplanung von Prototypen und Werkzeugen
• Werker Selbstkontrolle mit „Bring“-verantwortung
• Das Teilespektrum umfasst Werkzeuge, Betriebs- und Messmittel und Prototypen vom Einzelteil bis zur Kleinserie
• Prozessoptimierungen
• Vorausschauende, rüstoptimale Planung der Maschinenbelegung
• Durchführen Maschinenwartungsarbeiten
• Durchführen der geometrischen Prüfung der Maschine
• Planung der produktiven Nutzung der Roboteranlage
• Programmierung der Automatisierungsanlage

Required Skills and Education

Ihr Profil:

• abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker
• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Fräsen, vorzugsweise in der Werkzeugfertigung
• Arbeit im 2-Schichtsystem (Bei Bedarf auf 3 Schicht)
• Bereitschaft zur Wochenendbereitschaft.
