Aufgaben:
Warenannahme: Sachgemäße Annahme von angelieferten Waren (z.B. Ersatzteile, Rohstoffe, Leergut Kaufteile, Werkzeuge, Verpackungen sowie Postsendungen). Wareneingangskontrolle. Waren systemseitig vereinnahmen, ggf. einlagern
Wareneingangsprüfung: Beauftragung von Wareneingangskontrollen nach Prüfplan
Reklamationsabwicklung und -verfolgung
Vorbereitung des Versands einschließlich Erstellung der Versanddokumente
Organisation des Ver- und Entladens
Mitwirken bei der Zollabwicklung
Organisation von Sondertransporten
Leergutverwaltung
Lagerverwaltung, Bestandskontrollen und Inventur
Required Skills and Education
Anforderungen:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lagerbereich oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
