Perform the responsibilities detailed below for the assigned production areaJob Description:
- Meet production targets, and quality goals
- Environment/Safety requirements
- Understand Lockout Tagout
- Understand Quality Documents (Deviations, CARs, Travelers, Work Instructions)
- Perform inspection requirements, complete production records
- Operate preliminary and finish Deflash,Robotic and CNC Deflash machines
- Maintain rotary chucks, cutters, belts, etc
- Start-up and Shut down of the rotary grinder
- Adjust sizes / change belts
- Changes tools and preset
- Load shot peener
- Changeover finish equipment
- Understand the machine controls
- Cross train in department and plant to perform a variety of manufacturing duties
- Work in a safe manner always and complies with 5S initiatives
- Understand and execute NCM (Non-conforming material) Process
- Understanding and execute SDS (Safety Data Sheets) System/Labeling
- Understand and execute WI (Work Instructions) location
- Reference the Physical Demand Analysis for this job
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Requires a minimum of 1-year experience in manufacturing operations (2 years’ experience preferred)
