No home office (stationary work). Coordinate the UR department's systems, oversee the CMMS system, track the department's key KPIs, and maintain the budget. Coordinate new projects in terms of budget, spare parts and documentation. Team management.

Główne zadania:

• Zarządzanie pracą podległego zespołu
• Zarządzanie systemami utrzymania ruchu i śledzenie wyników vs cel (CMMS, KPI, CI, dane działu/scorecard)
• Praca z budżetem, śledzenie i optymalizacja kosztów Utrzymania Ruchu
• Prowadzenie i wdrażanie nowych projektów i procesów w zakresie Utrzymania Ruchu
• Utrzymanie ciągłości ruchu maszyn i linii produkcyjnych
• Nadzorowanie dokumentacji maszyn i kalibracji osprzętu na terenie zakładu
• Nadzorowanie i optymalizacja planów przeglądów maszyn
• Nadzór i współpraca z zewnętrznymi firmami serwisowymi
• Nadzór i wdrażanie nowych rozwiązań technicznych i modyfikacji (KAIZEN)
• Planowanie i wdrażanie długofalowych działań mających na celu zwiększenie dostępności maszyn

Main tasks:

• Managing the performance of subordinate team
• Managing maintenance systems and tracking performance vs target (CMMS, KPI, CI, department data/scorecard)
• Working with budget, tracking and optimizing Maintenance costs
• Lead and implement new Maintenance projects and processes
• Maintaining the continuity of machines and production lines
• Overseeing machine documentation and calibration of equipment on site
• Overseeing and optimizing machine maintenance schedules
• Supervision and cooperation with external service companies
• Supervision and implementation of new technical solutions and modifications (KAIZEN)
• Planning and implementing long-term measures to increase machine availability

Required Skills and Education

Wymagania:

• Wykształcenie Wyższe techniczne kierunkowe
• 3 lata w dziale utrzymania ruchu na podobnym stanowisku
• Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
• Uprawnienia grupy 1 elektryczne do 1kV (eksploatacja)
• Obsługa Microsoft Office (Obsługa Excel na poziomie średnio-zaawansowanym)
• Znajomość budowy maszyn
• Umiejętność diagnozowania usterek i awarii maszyn i urządzeń
• Umiejętnosć czytania dokumentacji DTR
• Znajomość zasad BHP obowiązujących przy pracach szczególnie niebezpiecznych (prace wymagające pozwolenia pisemnego)
• Podstawy TPM
• Znajomość systemu 5S
• Znajomość głównych wskaźników wydajności w dziale (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Availability)
• Zarządzanie zespołem
• Praca pod presją czasu

Mile widziane:

• Uprawnienia grupy E1,E2,E3, D1, D2, D3
• Znajomość standardów IATF
• Znajomość AutoCad
• Znajomość systemu Oracle i Maximo
• Raport A3 (Ishikawa, 5Why, 8D)
• Dodatkowym atutem będzie doświadczenie w obszarze automatyki.

Requirements:  

• Higher technical education in a relevant field
• 3 years in a similar position in the maintenance department 
• Good knowledge of English
• Group 1 electrical license up to 1kV (operation)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level proficiency in Excel)
• Knowledge of machine construction
• Ability to diagnose faults and breakdowns in machines and equipment
• Ability to read technical documentation
• Knowledge of health and safety rules applicable to particularly dangerous work (work requiring written permission)
• Basics of TPM
• Knowledge of the 5S system
• Knowledge of key performance indicators in the department (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Availability)
• Team management
• Working under time pressure

Nice to have:

• E1, E2, E3, D1, D2, D3 qualifications
• Knowledge of IATF standards
• Knowledge of AutoCad
• Knowledge of Oracle and Maximo systems
• A3 report (Ishikawa, 5Why, 8D)
• Experience in the field of automation will be an additional advantage.
