As a Human Resources College Co-op, the student supports plant HR operations by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, associate inquiries, and administrative HR projects. - Assist with life-cycle recruiting. Candidate pre-employment activities along with follow-up and tracking.
- Assist with payroll related duties.
- Assist associates at HR kiosk and resolve concerns as needed.
- Assist with new hire orientations, presentations, new hire paperwork, benefits and HR functions as required.
- Support HR with Administration, activities, and projects as required.
- Contribute to the success of the HR department.
- All other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Education
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field with a graduation date of May 2027 or later.
Must be enrolled in an accredited University full-time.
Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week year-round.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
