Job Description Summary

Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus!!! Starting rate up to $37/hour plus $0.50/$1.00 shift premium. Performance/Comp at 90 days, 6 months and 1 year.

Job Description:

  • Repair, rebuild, and maintain casting and trim dies in line with the original specifications.
  • Use blue prints to build and replace segments, cores, details, and parts.
  • Draw polish or grind die cavity surfaces.
  • Make repairs, remove stuck castings, correct dimensional problems, change cores and trim punches.
  • Perform welding duties as needed.
  • Troubleshoot all production tooling problems to determine best course of action.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to complete assigned work.

Required Skills and Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Technical education and/or experience
