Job Description

DEUTSCH

  • Unterstützt eines zugewiesenen Sales-Teams (z. B. Key Account Manager, Senior Sales Manager) und/oder einer Kundengruppe in mehreren Bereichen der Sales-Operations
  • Arbeitet eng mit den Vertrieb- und Product Engineering-Teams zusammen, um Kostenstudien für neue Programme zu erstellen und/oder Änderungen an bestehenden Programmen zu erarbeiten
  • Treibt den Vertrieb durch Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und Kunden voran, löst Themen durch Problemanalyse und Lösungsentwicklung, und gibt Empfehlungen an das Management weiter
  • Stellt die Konsistenz der Preisdaten sicher, gleicht Unstimmigkeiten mit der Finanzabteilung und den Ansprechpartnern in den Produktionswerken ab
  • Sammelt und präsentiert Informationen, die für ISO Sales-Audits erforderlich sind, arbeitet direkt mit externen Auditoren zusammen, um die Einhaltung der ISO-Anforderungen nachzuweisen
  • Verwaltet Preis-, Kapazitäts- und wichtigen Kundendaten im ERP-System (Oracle), unterstützt bei der Einführung von ERP-Systemen in neuen Werken, erstellt Tätigkeits- und Ergebnisreports
  • Sammelt Nachweise für wiederverrechenbare Werkzeuge zur Unterstützung der Kundenfakturierung
  • Koordiniert die Ablage von Vertriebsdokumenten und Daten, verwaltet Daten in Kundensysteme
  • Vertretung des Teamleiters bei Bedarf
  • Alle anderen Aufgaben wie zugewiesen

ENGLISH

  • Supports an assigned sales team (e.g. Key Account Manager, Senior Sales Manager) and/or customer group in multiple areas of sales activity
  • Collaborates closely with the Sales and Product Engineering teams to create cost studies for new programs and/or agree changes to existing programs
  • Drives sales through communication with other departments and customer contacts, resolves customer issues by conducting cause analysis, developing resolutions and making recommendations to management
  • Ensures pricing data consistency, reconciles inconsistencies with the Finance Department and contacts in the production facilities
  • Gathers and presents information required for ISO sales audits, directly interfaces with external auditors to provide evidence of compliance with ISO requirements
  • Administers pricing, capacity and critical customer data in the ERP system (Oracle), supports implementation of ERP system at new facilities, submits activity and results reports
  • Gathers and collects re-billable tooling evidence to support customer invoicing
  • Coordinates sales document storage and data organization, administers client data systems
  • Acts as deputy for team leader when required
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einer technischen oder wirtschaftsnahen Disziplin, oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • ENTWEDER: erste Berufserfahrung in einer Junior Marketing-, Vertriebs- oder kaufmännischen Position, gerne im automobilen Umfeld
  • ODER: Absolventen mit Einblicken/Erfahrungen aus Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten während des Studiums
  • Erfahrung in Datenanalyse und Reporting, starkes Interesse an Datenqualität
  • Gutes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Gutes Verhandlungsgeschick, sowohl innerhalb des Unternehmens als auch mit Kunden
  • Gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Gründlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint), erste Erfahrungen mit einem ERP-System von Vorteil
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse

ENGLISH

  • Successfully completed degree in a technical or business-related discipline, or successfully completed vocational training
  • EITHER: initial professional experience in a junior marketing, sales or commercial position, experience in an automotive environment welcome
  • OR: graduates with insights/experience gained through internships or student jobs during studies
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, strong interest in data quality
  • Good business process understanding
  • Good negotiation skills, both within the organization and with customers
  • Good analytical and organizational skills, thoroughness
  • Very good skills in MS-Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint), initial experience with an ERP system an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken German, very good English language competence
