Ihre Aufgaben

• Selbständiges Bedienen der gängigen Index Maschinentypen: ABC (Revolver + Linear), V200 und insbesondere G200, C200
• Manuelles Bestücken der Maschinen mit Rohteilen (Handeinlage zum Teil über Kopf)
• Mehrmaschinenbedienung
• Bedienen von Zuführeinrichtungen, Messsteuerungen und anderen Messwerkzeugen (z.B. Hommel)
• Beheben von Prozessproblemen in Zusammenarbeit mit Einrichtern und Technologen
• Überwachung der KPIs: Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Leistungsgrad und Qualitätsgrad -> OEE
• Werkzeugwechsel und Werkzeugkorrekturen durchführen
• Prüfen von Teilen nach Zeichnung / Prüfplan und korrigieren der Einstelldaten
• Durchführen von einfachen Wartungsarbeiten

Required Skills and Education

Ihr Profil

• Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf        oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Drehen
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem
• Staplerschein wünschenswert
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Zielbewusstes, systematisches und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
• Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
• Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Persönliches Engagement
• Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
