Job Description

DEUTSCH

• Durchführung von mechatronischen und mechanischen Komponenten- und Systmentests von Achssystemen und Differenzialgetrieben
• Messung und Analyse mechanischer Schwingungen von Torsionsschwingungsdämpfern und entkoppelten Riemenscheiben
• Entwicklung neuer Prüfkonzepte nach Absprache mit dem Kunden  
• Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Überwachung von manuellen und automatisierten Tests
• Bedienung und Programmierung von hydraulischen und elektrischen Prüfmaschinen
• Entwicklung von Messaufbauten zur Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen und Lebensdauerprüfungen
• Analyse und Auswertung der Testergebnissen sowie Erstellung von Testreports  
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Test Technikern, Product Ingenieuren und externen Laboren
• Alle anderen Aufgaben wie zugewiesen

ENGLISH

• Carrying out mechatronic and mechanical component and system tests on axle systems and differential gears
• Measurement and analysis of mechanical vibrations of torsional vibration dampers and decoupled pulleys
• Development of new test concepts in close consultation with the customer 
• Preparation, execution and monitoring of manual and automated tests
• Operating and programming hydraulic and electrical testing machines
• Development of measurement set-ups for carrying out functional tests and service life tests
• Analysing and evaluating test results and creating test reports 
• Working closely with test technicians, product engineers and external laboratories
• All other tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik (oder vergleichbar)
• Mindestens 5 Jahre relevanter Berufserfahrung im Prüfen und Testen von Komponenten oder Systemen
• Von Vorteil wären Kenntnisse im Bereich Testen von Achsystemen und Differentiale
• Voraussetzung sind Erfahrungen im Bereich Messen und Prüfen von Bauteilen, mit hydraulischen und elektrischen Maschinen
• Von Vorteil wären gute Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Arten von DAQ (data acquisition) Software bzw. die Bereitschaft, sich in maschinenspezifische Programmiersprachen einzuarbeiten
• Teamfähigkeit bzw. Fähigkeit, Anregungen und Vorschläge anderer aufzugreifen bzw. eigene Vorschläge zu entwickeln und gezielt weiterzugeben
• Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
• Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

ENGLISH

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in testing components or systems
• Knowledge of testing axle systems and differentials would be an advantage
• Experience in measuring and testing components, with hydraulic and electrical machines
• Good knowledge of various types of DAQ (data acquisition) software, willingness to familiarise yourself with machine-specific programming languages an advantage
• Ability to work in a team or to take up suggestions and proposals from others or to develop/pass on your own suggestions in a structured manner
• Very good PC skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Very good language skills in German and English
