Business Systems Analyst Co-Op

Job Description Summary

AAM is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual to fill our Business Systems Analyst Co-op position. This position will report up through the Sales team at our Detroit Business Office located in Detroit, MI.

Job Description

• Support the sales team with pricing, forecasting, and budget analysis.

• Create reports on pricing and sales volume, review budget files for accuracy, and organize data.

• Research and discuss pricing issues with the sales team.

• Help with data entry for new products, price changes, and engineering updates.

• Participate in meetings to address pricing concerns and find solutions.

• Review customer contracts and assist with pricing updates in Oracle.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, Sophomore at minimum. 

• Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

• Availability to work 30-40 hours/week while attending classes

•  Minimum 3.0 GPA on 4.0 Scale

• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Majors: Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain Management
