Administración y control del laboratorio para asegurar las propiedades químicas y mecánicas de la aleación de corazones y moldes.Job Description
- Definición y ajuste de aleaciones fabricadas en AAM.
- Mantener los controles metalúrgicos críticos del proceso.
- Búsqueda de soluciones a problemas de calidad inherentes a los productos.
- Administración del laboratorio de pruebas.
- Cumplir con los requerimientos del Sistema Ambiental y de Calidad, así como asegurar que el personal de piso cumpla con los requerimientos.
- Aprobación de proceso de pruebas para nuevos productos y nuevos materiales.
- Participar en las auditorías internas del SGA.
- Autoridad para levantar hallazgos al SGA
- Cumplir con los lineamientos del sistema S4 apegándose a las políticas y normas gubernamentales y propias de AAM que aplican a la operación, incluyendo las indicadas en el Manual Ambiental.
