Job Description Summary

Responsible for troubleshooting warm forge presses. Operating presses for production and assisting in training new hires. Assisting in die area to repair/assemble tools for forging presses.

Job Description

• Operate and maintain forge equipment to ensure flawless production processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to determine and successfully implement process improvements.
• Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting to ensure all machinery is functioning at peak performance.
• Document and report any issues or discrepancies observed during production.
• Assist in the training of new team members on forge operations and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Education

• Proven experience as a Forge Engineering Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of metal forming technologies and processes.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant technical certification or degree is preferred.
