• Führung, Motivation und Bewertung der Mitarbeiter dieses Bereichs
• Erstellung / Pflegen von Schichtplänen – Urlaubsplanung
• Vorbereitendes Mitwirken von Personalgesprächen (disziplinarische Verantwortung bei Segmentleiter)
• Weiterentwicklung des Bereich 5S / KVP / Ideenmanagement
• Einhaltung der Unfallverhütungsvorschrift im Bereich und Tätigkeiten
• Bestellen von Betriebs- und Hilfsstoffen sowie Ersatzteilen
• Durchführung von Unterweisungen
• Optimierung der Prozesse sowie Einhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit (5S)
• Auswertung von Kennzahlen
• Berichtserstattung an Segmentleiter
• Unterstützung von angrenzenden Fachbereichen 
• Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen gewährleisten
• Bereitschaft für Veränderungen
• Anwendung von Lessons Learned
• gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Required Skills and Education
