DEUTSCH:

• Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Auditprojekten über den gesamten Engagement Cycle hinweg
• Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems (inkl. SOX-Compliance), um Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und Transparenz zu schaffen
• Analyse von Prozessänderungen sowie Bewertung von Geschäftsrisiken – Sie zeigen Verbesserungsbedarfe aktiv auf und entwickeln praxisnahe Lösungen
• Anwendung moderner Data-Analytics-Methoden zur Identifikation von Auffälligkeiten, Prozessineffizienzen und Automatisierungspotenzialen
• Präsentation von Audit-Ergebnissen an das Senior Management sowie Begleitung von Maßnahmenumsetzungen
• Aktive Impulsgebung für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Sinne eines Trusted Advisors für die Fachbereiche
• Alle sonstigen zugewiesenen Aufgaben.

ENGLISH:

• Independently plan, execute and document audit engagements throughout the full audit cycle
• Review and enhance internal controls (including SOX compliance) to proactively identify risks and ensure transparency
• Evaluate business process changes and new risk exposures, providing practical solutions for improvement
• Apply data analytics techniques to detect anomalies, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
• Present audit findings to senior management and support follow-up actions
• Act as a trusted advisor to drive continuous improvement across the organization
• All other duties as assigned.

DEUTSCH:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Accounting, Finance oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im internen/externen Audit, idealerweise in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
• Hohe Analysefähigkeit kombiniert mit Kommunikationsstärke und einer proaktiven, lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• CIA, CPA oder CA-Zertifizierung und Erfahrung mit US-GAAP-Abschlüssen sind von Vorteil

ENGLISH:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Initial experience in internal/external auditing, preferably within public accounting
• Strong analytical skills paired with proactive communication and solution-oriented thinking
• Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
• Excellent command of English; German language skills are a plus
• CIA, CPA or CA- certification and experience with US GAAP financial statements is an advantage
