Job Description

DEUTSCH:

• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams in den Produktionsstätten bei der Durchführung von Lean-Manufacturing-Aktivitäten im Rahmen des AAM-Betriebssystems zur Erreichung von Betriebszielen und KPIs
• Schulung und Coaching der Koordinatoren für schlanke Produktion in den Produktionsstätten in Bezug auf die Anwendung von Lean-Tools sowie von Industrial Engineering Tools und die Pflege von Berichten.
• Coaching des Schwerpunkts Betriebsebenen der Organisation bei der Einführung und langfristigen Nutzung des AAM-Betriebssystems
• Moderation von Workshops zur Verbesserung der Betriebs-/Funktionsbereichsaktivitäten, zur Beseitigung von Verschwendung, zur Steigerung von Effizienz/Produktivität/Qualität sowie Brainstorming-Sitzungen für Kostensenkungsinitiativen unter Berücksichtigung aller Einsparungen im Produktivitätssystem (CIP APEX).
• Bewertung der Gesamtanlageneffektivität (OEE) zur Überwachung und Verbesserung der Produktivität und Effektivität der Produktionsanlagen.
• Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der Arbeitsauslastung durch die Methodik der standardisierten Arbeit sowie der Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse, Empfehlung von Änderungen bei Material, Arbeitsplätzen, Ausrüstung und Layout sowie Unterstützung bei der Einführung automatisierter Prozesse.
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung von „O^4 und Model Plants“ entsprechend den Anforderungen des Werks und der Region, einschließlich Coaching und Training für die Tool-Anforderungen.
• Unterstützung der Werke bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Leistungen des Industrial Engineering sowie bei der Analyse von Produktionskapazitäten und Arbeitsmodellen, um die Optimierung und Einhaltung von Budgets zu unterstützen.
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Budgets und ABC-Kosten und Nutzung von Datenanalysen zur Entscheidungsfindung und Verfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
• Alle anderen Aufgaben wie zugewiesen.

ENGLISH:

• Collaborating with various teams at production sites to implement lean manufacturing activities as part of the AAM operating system in order to achieve operational goals and KPIs
• Training and coaching lean production coordinators at production sites in the use of lean tools and industrial engineering tools and in maintaining reports.
• Coaching the operational levels of the organization on the introduction and long-term use of the AAM operating system
• Facilitation of workshops to improve operations/functional area activities, eliminate waste, increase efficiency/productivity/quality, and brainstorming sessions for cost reduction initiatives, taking into account all savings in the productivity system (CIP APEX).
• Evaluating overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to monitor and improve the productivity and effectiveness of production equipment.
• Supporting the improvement of workloads through standardized work methodology and workflows and processes, recommending changes to materials, workstations, equipment, and layout, and supporting the introduction of automated processes.
• Support in the introduction of “O^4 and Model Plants” in accordance with the requirements of the plant and the region, including coaching and training for tool requirements.
• Support plants in the preparation of industrial engineering reports and performance reports, as well as in the analysis of production capacities and work models to support optimization and budget compliance.
• Support in the preparation of budgets and ABC costs and use of data analysis for decision-making and tracking improvement measures.
• All other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Fertigungstechnik (oder gleichwertig)
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Industrial Engineering und Lean Manufacturing
• Ausgeprägte theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse der Ansätze und Methoden der schlanken Produktion und des Industrial Engineering sowie der Bewertung der Gesamtanlageneffektivität (OEE)
• Kenntnisse von Produktionsmethoden, -prozessen und -standards in der Automobilindustrie von Vorteil
• Vertrautheit mit der statistischen Prozesskontrolle (SPC) und computergestützten Konstruktionswerkzeugen (CAD)
• Sehr gute organisatorische und planerische Fähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, selbständig und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen der Organisation, Fähigkeit zur Bildung und Leitung von Teams, Fähigkeit zur Bewältigung von Konfliktsituationen
• Bereitschaft zu Geschäftsreisen (bis zu 50%)
• Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache

ENGLISH:

• Successfully completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 5 years professional experience in Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing environment
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of lean manufacturing and industrial engineering approaches and methods and the evaluation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Knowledge of production methods, processes and standards in the automotive industry an advantage
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and computer-aided design (CAD) tools
• Very good organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Well-developed communication skills to all levels of the organization, ability to build and lead teams , able to manage conflict situations
• Willingness to undertake business trips (up to 50%)
• Fluency in German and English
