Czech:

• Zajištění celého cyklu náboru zaměstnanců (trvalých i dočasných) včetně stanovení a tvorby vhodné inzerce, výběru, vedení výběrových řízení a prezentace kandidátů. Administrativu spojenou s nástupem zajišťuje druhá kolegyně
• Komunikace s personálními agenturami, úřady práce
• Tvorba obsahu na sociálních sítích. Role ambasadora velké mezinárodní společnosti vítána, ale není podmínkou
• Aktivní spolupráce se školami
• Zajištění, evidence školení zaměstnanců
• Sledování personálních KPI
• Pravidelný reporting

English:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for permanent and temporary employees, including defining and creating suitable job advertisments, candidate selection, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates.

• Act as the primary point of contact for external recruitment agencies and local labor offices.

• Develop and publish engaging content for social media channels; acting as a company ambassador is appreciated but not mandatory.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools and educational institutions to support long-term talent pipelines.

• Coordinate, organize, and maintain accurate records of employee training activities.

• Track HR performance indicators and ensure regular evaluation of key HR metrics.

• Prepare recurring HR reports and provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders.

• Contribute proactively to HR initiatives and continuous improvement of related processes.

• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

Czech:

• VŠ vzdělání odpovídajícího směru, velkou výhodou praxe v personální agentuře s prokazatelnými výsledky
• Aktivní znalost angličtiny, min. úroveň B1
• Organizační a komunikační schopnosti
• Orientace v pracovněprávních záležitostech
• Týmového ducha, pečlivost, samostatnost, důslednost, zodpovědnost, loajalitu a především proaktivitu.
• ŘP sk. B - aktivní řidič, cesty po závodech v rámci pracovní doby Oslavany, Ivančice, Zbýšov a případně školení přednášky v Brně

English:

• University degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or another comparable discipline

• Experience in a recruitment agency with a proven track record is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.

• Flluent English skills, both written and spoken

• Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills.

• Solid knowledge of labor law and regulatory HR matters.

• High level of accuracy, independence, diligence, responsibility, loyalty, and above all, a proactive mindset and strong team orientation.

• Category B driving license with active driving experience; willingness to travel between company sites in Oslavany, Ivančice, Zbýšov, and occasionally to Brno for training or presentations.
