Job Description Summary

Facilitate the procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products and services.
Managing, and resolving issues, and supporting the P2P process for an assigned plant.

Job Description

• Reviews and processes incoming requisitions, places tool orders, updates POs with changes/revisions as needed.

•    Manage indirect blanket POs for general stores re-orders

•    Coordinates with suppliers and business partners to resolve routine issues such as past-due POs, match exceptions, price/invoice issue resolution, updating/incrementing POs, etc.
•    Supports the solicitation of quotes and evaluation of bids as needed for items above the bid threshold not under contract, and those that are not part of the global category-management sourcing process.
•    Ensure compliance to all supplier commodity manager contracts

•    Reduce out of contract spending

•    Improve supplier payment terms

•    Meet annual savings goals/targets

•    Monitor compliance to business unit and corporate policies and procedures.
•    Execute contract and PO life cycle management activities, such as reporting for expiring or aged POs and contracts and execution of contract/PO administration/clean up/close out.
•    All other duties as assigned.

2-3 years professional experience
