In this versatile position, you will assume technical and disciplinary responsibility for a team of 10-15 people. Together with your team, you will ensure that production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, deadlines and costs.

• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf, z.B. Zerspanungsmechaniker/in sowie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene qualifizierte Weiterbildung zum/zur Industriemeister/in Metall, Techniker/in oder technischen Betriebswirt/in.
• Sie arbeiten bereits mindestens seit 6 Jahren in einem Metallberuf.
• Sie können bereits erste Führungserfahrung nachweisen und Ihr überzeugendes und sicheres Auftreten kommen sowohl bei Ihren direkten Mitarbeitern als auch weiteren Ansprechpartnern zum Tragen.
• Proaktiv erkennen Sie, was getan werden muss und setzen das mit einer strukturierten, analytischen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise um.
• Sie können klar und wertschätzend kommunizieren und motivieren so Ihr Team.
• Sie sind bereit in Schichten zu arbeiten (3-Schicht-System).
• Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

English:

• You have completed vocational training in a metal profession, e.g. cutting machine operator, and have successfully completed qualified further training to become an industrial foreman in metal, technician or technical business administrator.
• You have already been working in a metal profession for at least 6 years.
• You can already demonstrate initial management experience and your convincing and confident manner will come across to both your direct employees and other contacts.
• You proactively recognize what needs to be done and implement this with a structured, analytical and reliable way of working.
• You can communicate clearly and appreciatively and thus motivate your team.
• You are willing to work in shifts (3-shift system).
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and a good command of English.
