Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Zell a. H. ab sofort einen Anlagenbediener in der Glüherei (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.Job Description
Deine Aufgaben:
- Wärmebehandlungsanlagen bedienen
- Wärmebehandlungsparameter einstellen
- Prozesse und Produkte überprüfen
- Transport der Waren zur nachfolgenden Abteilung
- Bedienen der Strahl- und Waschanlagen
- Dokumentieren von Wärmebehandlungs- und Produktdaten
- Durchführen von kleineren Reparaturen Mithilfe bei Großreparaturen und Wartung
- Prüfprotokolle erstellen
- Härteprüfungen durchführen
- Messungen nach Prüfplan oder Zeichnung durchführen (z.B. Innenverzahnung von Kegelrädern)
- Mitwirken beim Shopfloor-Management
- Anlernen neuer Mitarbeiter
Required Skills and Education
Das bringst du mit:
Fachlich:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich oder vergleichbare
- Gabelstaplerführerschein von Vorteil
Persönlich:
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Verantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten im Team
- Bereitschaft zur 4-Schicht
