Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Zell a. H. ab sofort einen Anlagenbediener in der Wärmebehandlung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Die Stelle ist befristet.Job Description
Deine Aufgaben:
- Wärmebehandlungsanlagen bedienen
- Wärmebehandlungsparameter erstellen
- Prozess und Produkte überprüfen
- Vorgaben des Vorgesetzten umsetzen
- Zuständig für Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Anlagenbereich
- Einhalten der Sicherheitsvorgaben
- Transport der Waren zur nachfolgenden Abteilung
- Bedienen der Strahl- und Waschanlagen
- Dokumentieren von Wärmebehandlungs- und Produktdaten
- Durchführen von kleineren Reparaturen und Mithilfe bei Großreparaturen und Wartung
- Prüfprotokolle erstellen
- Härteprüfungen durchführen
- Messungen nach Prüfplan oder Zeichnung durchführen (z.B. Innenverzahnung von Kegelrädern)
- Mitwirken beim Shopfloor-Management
- Anlernen neuer Mitarbeiter
Required Skills and Education
Das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Maschinenbediener
- Erfahrung im Bereich Härten oder Wärmebehandlung wünschenswert
- Staplerführerschein wünschenswert
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 4-Schichtmodell
