Internship and co-op program
AAM offers year-round co-op and summer internship positions at each of our global facilities to help you supercharge your career. Early Career Rotational Program
Our Early Career Rotational Program aims to develop the next leaders and technical experts at AAM. It is designed for high potential early career individuals who are eager and interested in a future leadership role. It consists of classroom training and on-the-job experience in an 18-month rotation among three different, six-month assignments. The program provides meaningful experiences and training that sets a solid foundation for a successful career at AAM. During the 18-month program, participants will also be assigned a formal mentor and learning development plan.

Early Career Functional Program
Our Early Career Functional Program is designed to develop early career professionals during their first 18 months in their position.  The program focuses on providing technical and professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities for Associates that are interested in expanding their knowledge of AAM and within their entry level role. Eligible participants are recent college graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.  Limited functional programs are available and will vary from year-to-year.
