Job Description

FRENCH

• Collecter les informations nécessaires au bon établissement des factures et vérifier les prix  
• Réaliser un suivi des fonds d’argent disponibles avec le factor, pointer les règlements clients et effectuer les pré-relances si nécessaire
• Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires : pour le compte du factor
• Saisir les immobilisations dans le module dédié selon les normes US GAAP et statutaires

ENGLISH

• Gather the information needed to draw up invoices and check prices 
• Monitor available funds with the factor, track customer payments and make advance payments if necessary
• Carry out bank reconciliations: on behalf of the factor
• Enter fixed assets in the dedicated module in accordance with US GAAP and statutory standards

Required Skills and Education

FRENCH

• Connaissance générale en comptabilité avec expérience professionnelle
• Maitrise d’un logiciel de gestion (utilisation d’un ERP)
• Connaissance de la réglementation SOX
• Connaissance des règles et normes de la comptabilité clients 
• Anglais professionnel 1er niveau

ENGLISH

• General knowledge of accounting with professional experience
• Proficiency in management software (use of ERP)
• Knowledge of SOX regulations
• Knowledge of client accounting rules and standards 
• 1st level professional English
