Job Description

• Assist Finance Department in general account duties
• Assist in updating and analysis of plant daily reports
• Assist with the management of expense report handling and payments
• Assist with maintenance and data entry into the Oracle ERP system
• Assist with recordkeeping and documentation control for Sarbanes-Oxley including data collection and auditing inputs journal entries as required
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

1.Candidates must be enrolled as a full-time student from an accredited college or university
2.Degree field must be related to finance, accounting or other related majors
3.Graduation date of December 2026 or later, preferred 
4.Excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail and accuracy of information.
5.Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn other programs used by various AAM departments.
6. Must be available to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the school year
