The main responsibilities of the Labor Relations Coordinator position for our plant in El Carmen, Nuevo León, Mexico will include:

• Maintain a fully staffed operational and technical workforce
• Identify and address the causes of turnover and absenteeism among unionized employees
• Develop strategies to reduce turnover and absenteeism rates among unionized personnel
• Generate reports and maintain departmental controls
• Resolve labor conflicts and address employee concerns
• Ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations
• Assist in the preparation and proposal of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) to enhance employee benefits
• Ensure the provision of services to operational staff
