Revisión y aseguramiento de la plantilla operativa.
Asegurar la asistencia y recibir al personal de nuevo ingreso, darles seguimiento en su proceso de evaluación inicial.
Control y entrega de contratos del personal sindicalizado, así como asegurar los cambios de categoría
Seguimiento mediante entrevistas de ausentismo a las faltas de colaboradores.
Revisión y solución de temas laborales con el personal.
Generar planes de acción para disminuir la rotación y el ausentismo general
Asistir a juntas de GMP diarias.
Reportes generales del área.
