Job Description
Realizar preparação de ferramentas de usinagem em geral para atender as demandas de produção.
Realizar testes e estudos de melhoria de processos de produção. Garantir o bom armazenamento, controle, segregação, organização e integridade das ferramentas e dispositivos que se encontram na área.
Realizar medição e ajuste de ferramentas, de acordo com plano de montagem de ferramental(Layoutde Ferramentas).
Auxiliar o Técnico de ferramentas de ferramentas nos testes de ferramentas, realizar a coleta de dados dos testes para que o Técnico possa realizar o análise e fechamento do teste.
Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos e instrumentos de medição. Cumprir procedimentos de qualidade, segurança e meio ambiente. Participar dos grupos de melhoria contínua da empresa.
Required Skills and Education
Conhecimento Técnico especifico:
Processos de Usinagem, Ferramentas de Corte e Geometria das Ferramentas.
