Job Description:

General responsibilities include check parts according to the process sheets, completing proper paperwork (Alerts, CARs, RFC, Process Sheets, SPC, etc.), handling of scrap, gauging, start up and shut down of the lathe, adjust sizes/ change inserts, change tools and preset, and follow all required safety/environmental procedures.

Must be available for 2nd or 3rd shift.

Required Skills and Education

Manufacturing background preferred.  Working knowledge and ability to operate production machines, make adjustments, ability to gauge and measure parts, perform SPC and quality checks, and complete X & R charts.
