Job Description Summary

•Experiencia en manejo de este tipo de equipos CNC con al menos 3 años de dominio y certificación en uso de grúa viajera., mecatrónica). Conocimientos en ajustes y tolerancias geométricas. •Programación CNC de estrategias de mecanizado mediante software CAM/CAD.
•Interpretación de planos/diseños.

Job Description

•Conocimiento de operación y programación de máquinas CNC tipo fresadoras/mandrinadoras con carreras de las siguientes características:
•CARRERA EN EJE X: 160”
•CARRERA EN EJE Y:100”
•CARRERA EN EJE Z:60”
•CARRERA EN EJE W:28”
•Experiencia en manejo de este tipo de equipos CNC con al menos 3 años de dominio y certificación en uso de grúa viajera.
•Conocimientos en ajustes y tolerancias geométricas.
•Interpretación de planos/diseños.
•Calculo e interpretación de condiciones de corte en base a el proceso de manufactura a maquinar.
•Conocimiento en aceros y materiales para manufactura de herramientas y/o partes de maquinaria.
•Conocimientos básicos en tratamientos térmicos.
•Manejo e interpretación de instrumentos de medición.
•Programación CNC de estrategias de mecanizado mediante software CAM/CAD.
•Conocimiento de planeación para cumplir objetivo financiero.
•Conocimiento del sistema de capacitación (registros de entrenamiento y matriz de habilidades).
•Cumplimiento de Auditorias, Gemba Walk., Problem Solving.
•Conocer y aplicar 5´s en su área.
•Conocimiento y Manejo de sistema Plex
