Job Description Summary

The Kitting Assembly Personnel build the Timing sets. This is a 1st shift position, 6a - 2p, overtime as required. Competitive benefits vacation package available including medical, dental, vision, vacation, paid holidays, etc. The starting wage is $16.40/hour.

Job Description

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:

Kitting assembly associates place a crank and a cam sprocket or phaser in a nest

Wrap a timing chain around the two sprockets

Insert a tensioner in place

Secure all these components in place with a shipping aid.

The assembly is then placed in a nest on a conveyor belt

Meet rate specified in daily quota

Other possible duties

Part and Material Handling

Checking parts

Recording data

Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Required Skills and Education

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
