We’re looking for a Production Team Lead at the American Axle Subiaco location to help drive performance, support the team, and keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and wants to grow into a leadership role. What you’ll do:
- Lead and support daily production activities
- Keep the team on track with safety, quality, and efficiency goals
- Communicate clearly across shifts and departments
- Help solve problems as they arise on the floor
- Set the tone for teamwork, accountability, and reliability
What it takes to succeed:
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Clear communication and solid people skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Comfort using systems like Plex, MS Office, and Workday
What to expect:
- Hands-on training provided on the production floor
- Learn the role through direct, on-the-floor experience
- Annual Workday training is required
Required Skills and Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Prefer 2-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
