Job Description Summary

We are searching for a College Co-op to contribute to our Welding group in Three Rivers, MI. At AAM, our co-op roles are immersed in their work and in the industry, gaining hands-on experience and building connections every day.

Job Description

The Welding Co-op will gain a broad understanding of AAM's process, products, procedures, and systems by supporting implementation of new initiatives in Welding.

• Daily cut and etch

• Learning the repair weld process

• Repair Welding

• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Welding or related field fulltime.

• Available to work a minimum of 25 hours each week, year-round.

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

• Must be able to work in the U.S without Visa Sponsorship
